FXN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXN-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6B1P2, RN7SL299P, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with FXN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXN-to-partner and partner-to-FXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6B1P2 grouped by FXN-low versus FXN-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
