FXN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FXN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, [2Fe-2S] cluster assembly, and Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA). Each is linked with FXN in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXN-to-partner and partner-to-FXN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly grouped by FXN-low versus FXN-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXN→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
