FUT9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,710 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCML2, TRIM37, and MASTL. Each is linked with FUT9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT9-to-partner and partner-to-FUT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCML2 grouped by FUT9-low versus FUT9-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
