Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,786 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Plasmacytoid dendritic cell activation, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Purine nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with FUT7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT7-to-partner and partner-to-FUT7 results are reported.
