FUT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, PRDX1, and ASNS. Each is linked with FUT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT6-to-partner and partner-to-FUT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGFBP2 grouped by FUT6-low versus FUT6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
