FUT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,298 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1299P, C1orf226, and RNY3P11. Each is linked with FUT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT5-to-partner and partner-to-FUT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1299P grouped by FUT5-low versus FUT5-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
