FUT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK3-a-b, Chk2, and GATA3. Each is linked with FUT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT5-to-partner and partner-to-FUT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK3-a-b grouped by FUT5-low versus FUT5-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
