FUT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,218 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIWIL4, BIRC2, and CBL. Each is linked with FUT4 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT4-to-partner and partner-to-FUT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
