FUT4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,780 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1D1P1, UBL5P4, and HERC2P1. Each is linked with FUT4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT4-to-partner and partner-to-FUT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
