FUT3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,868 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP13A4, GATA3, and BCL9. Each is linked with FUT3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT3-to-partner and partner-to-FUT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUT3 versus ATP13A4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
