FUT3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUT3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT3-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36A, DYDC1, and AMER3. Each is linked with FUT3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT3-to-partner and partner-to-FUT3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36A grouped by FUT3-low versus FUT3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
