FUT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LKB1, Rab25, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with FUT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUT2-to-partner and partner-to-FUT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LKB1 grouped by FUT2-low versus FUT2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
