FUOM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUOM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUOM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6781, RNU6-748P, and MIR218-2. Each is linked with FUOM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUOM-to-partner and partner-to-FUOM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6781 grouped by FUOM-low versus FUOM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUOM→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUOM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
