FUNDC2P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUNDC2P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 800 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUNDC2P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR875, NXF2, and NHP2P1. Each is linked with FUNDC2P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUNDC2P2-to-partner and partner-to-FUNDC2P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR875 grouped by FUNDC2P2-low versus FUNDC2P2-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUNDC2P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUNDC2P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
