Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUNDC2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FUNDC2P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher FUNDC2P1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUNDC2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as MESO and BLCA show a favorable association.
MESO, UVM, and LIHC are the cancer types where FUNDC2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
