FUNDC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUNDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,162 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUNDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF6, CETN2, and EMD. Each is linked with FUNDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUNDC2-to-partner and partner-to-FUNDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUNDC2 versus PHF6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUNDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUNDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
