FUNDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUNDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,713 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUNDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMMT, MTCH1, and MTCH2. Each is linked with FUNDC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUNDC2-to-partner and partner-to-FUNDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUNDC2 versus IMMT in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUNDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUNDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
