Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUCA1P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FUCA1P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher FUCA1P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUCA1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and ESCA show a favorable association.
UVM, COAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where FUCA1P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
