Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUCA1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FUCA1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where higher FUCA1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUCA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PRAD, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where FUCA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
