FUCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-7, MIR196A2, and LINC01919. Each is linked with FUCA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA1-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-7 grouped by FUCA1-low versus FUCA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
