FUCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIT2, PABPC1L2A, and TFAP2D. Each is linked with FUCA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUCA1-to-partner and partner-to-FUCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIT2 grouped by FUCA1-low versus FUCA1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
