Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUBP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FUBP1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 9 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FUBP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUBP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and GBM show a favorable association.
HNSC, LUAD, and GBM are the cancer types where FUBP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
