FUBP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FUBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1C, SLC32A1, and TCF21. Each is linked with FUBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUBP1-to-partner and partner-to-FUBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE1C grouped by FUBP1-low versus FUBP1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
