FTSJ1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTSJ1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,743 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTSJ1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5692C2, RPL37P25, and COX6A1P3. Each is linked with FTSJ1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTSJ1-to-partner and partner-to-FTSJ1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5692C2 grouped by FTSJ1-low versus FTSJ1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTSJ1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTSJ1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
