FTLP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,045 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFR, PARP1, and TUBGCP2. Each is linked with FTLP8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP8-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTLP8 versus ZFR in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
