FTLP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,870 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, SSRP1, and UBA2. Each is linked with FTLP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP6-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTLP6 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
