FTLP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,806 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FCGR1A, FNDC3B_S208, and RAB42. Each is linked with FTLP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP2-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTLP2 versus FCGR1A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
