Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FTLP14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FTLP14 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher FTLP14 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FTLP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and BLCA show a favorable association.
KICH, BLCA, and LGG are the cancer types where FTLP14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
