FTLP10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTLP10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTLP10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of muscle cell apoptotic process, Desmosome organization, and Regulation of integrin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with FTLP10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTLP10-to-partner and partner-to-FTLP10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of muscle cell apoptotic process grouped by FTLP10-low versus FTLP10-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTLP10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTLP10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
