FTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 92 significant associations in total. CESC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-88P, LYZL1, and TRIM51. Each is linked with FTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTL-to-partner and partner-to-FTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-88P grouped by FTL-low versus FTL-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
