Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FTHL17 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FTHL17 data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher FTHL17 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FTHL17 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and ESCA are the cancer types where FTHL17 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
