Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, FTHL17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 97 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FTHL17-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT83, HHIPL1, and OPA1. Each is linked with FTHL17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTHL17-to-partner and partner-to-FTHL17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT83 grouped by FTHL17-low versus FTHL17-high in PANCREAS.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTHL17→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTHL17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
