FTH1P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,539 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTH1P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP47, RN7SKP186, and RN7SKP171. Each is linked with FTH1P9 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P9-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTH1P9 versus RN7SKP47 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
