Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,199 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FTH1P26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NES_S1590, PDE3A, and C11orf96_S399. Each is linked with FTH1P26 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P26-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1P26→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1P26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
