Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,483 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FTH1P26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular iron ion homeostasis, Nucleobase-containing compound transport, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with FTH1P26 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P26-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P26 results are reported.
