FTH1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTH1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,885 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTH1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GPAT3, RPL10, and RPS2_S281. Each is linked with FTH1P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTH1P2-to-partner and partner-to-FTH1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTH1P2 versus GPAT3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTH1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTH1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
