FTCD

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTCD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,022 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTCD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, EML2, and FEN1. Each is linked with FTCD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTCD-to-partner and partner-to-FTCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTCD versus MCM2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
