Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTCD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,385 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FTCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA2, DPH5, and DCLRE1B. Each is linked with FTCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTCD-to-partner and partner-to-FTCD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FTCD versus PSMA2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
