FTCD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FTCD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FTCD-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX8C, ERVV-2, and LCE2A. Each is linked with FTCD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTCD-to-partner and partner-to-FTCD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX8C grouped by FTCD-low versus FTCD-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FTCD→partner) and Y-score (partner→FTCD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
