Across TCGA patient cohorts, FTCD-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,822 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FTCD-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Peptidyl-lysine modification, and Base-excision repair. Each is linked with FTCD-AS1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FTCD-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-FTCD-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process grouped by FTCD-AS1-low versus FTCD-AS1-high in STAD.
