FSTL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRRFIP1, FLII, and GSDMD. Each is linked with FSTL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL4-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL4 versus LRRFIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
