FSTL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FSTL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14A2, MAPK3, and CD4. Each is linked with FSTL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL4-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14A2 grouped by FSTL4-low versus FSTL4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
