FSTL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSTL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,315 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MXRA5, FN1, and ISLR. Each is linked with FSTL1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSTL1-to-partner and partner-to-FSTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSTL1 versus MXRA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
