Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 422 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FSIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP4, CCL22, and SLC39A14. Each is linked with FSIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSIP2-to-partner and partner-to-FSIP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
