FSIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FSIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,260 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMF1, COX7C, and USP41. Each is linked with FSIP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSIP2-to-partner and partner-to-FSIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
