FSHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, MELK, and FEN1. Each is linked with FSHR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSHR-to-partner and partner-to-FSHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDKN3 grouped by FSHR-low versus FSHR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
