FSHR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FSHR RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PREX1, DYNC2I1, and FLOT2. Each is linked with FSHR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSHR-to-partner and partner-to-FSHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PREX1 grouped by FSHR-low versus FSHR-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
