Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FSD2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FSD2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher FSD2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FSD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and GBM show a favorable association.
CESC, UCEC, and GBM are the cancer types where FSD2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
