FSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Syk, and ATM. Each is linked with FSD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSD1-to-partner and partner-to-FSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by FSD1-low versus FSD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
