FSCN3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FSCN3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 159 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FSCN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDILT, PPIAP81, and FAM95B1. Each is linked with FSCN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FSCN3-to-partner and partner-to-FSCN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FSCN3 versus PDILT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FSCN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FSCN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
